Swimwear, towel, change of dry clothes, secure footwear such as sandshoes or adventure sandals (no thongs), waterproof sunscreen, cap to wear under the helmet (optional). Hire shoes available for $5 if you don&rsquo;t want your shoes getting wet. Thermal tops and dry tops are available for $5 for hire each. Also, bring your voucher and money for additional refreshments and purchase of any digital photos you may like as an awesome reminder of your epic adventure. Please leave jewellery and valuables at your accommodation.

Australia&#39;s premier white water rafting river, the Tully,&nbsp;will see you conquering Grade 3 &amp; 4 rapids as you carve your way through the spectacular gorge surrounded by pristine World Heritage Listed rainforest! Home to the 2019 World Rafting Championships, the Tully River has earned its reputation as a world-class river offering plenty of thrills and adrenaline-pumping action!

The tour starts with convenient pick-ups from your Cairns accommodation&nbsp;before the scenic drive to Tully, stopping briefly at the Golden Gumboot to meet up with fellow travellers. Then, you&#39;ll stop in Tully for a lunch break (own expense) to fuel up before an afternoon of water adventures.&nbsp;

Travel to the top of the Tully River Gorge and get fitted with rafting gear before meeting your&nbsp;River Guide, who will give you a safety briefing and paddling instructions before it&#39;s time to hit the water!

For the next 3 hrs, you&#39;ll raft&nbsp;the world-renowned Tully River conquering awesome Grade 3 &amp; 4 rapids!&nbsp;&nbsp;The Tully is a Hydro River, and your guides know when the water is released, ensuring you&#39;ll have the very best possible rafting experience.&nbsp;Plus, no rafting experience&nbsp;is necessary; your&nbsp;River Guides have got you covered. All you need is to be able to swim competently!

Once you reach the take-out point, it&#39;s time to get out of the water and change into dry clothes before the short journey to the Feluga Hotel, a traditional Queensland country pub. Indulge in a hearty pub dinner with your guide and crew, view photos of your trip and compare river stories surrounded by a living history of epic rafting on the Tully River!

Finally, kick back and relax as we transfer you back to your accommodation in Cairns.&nbsp;

MEDICAL CONDITIONS / IMPAIRMENTS AND DISABILITIES

All rafting participants must disclose any medical condition prior to travelling with The Operator. By booking this tour you confirm that you do not have a medical condition that would make it unsafe to participate. If you are pregnant you will be unable to raft with us. If you have a medical condition or are unsure that you are physically able to participate, The Operator recommends that you consult with a medical practitioner.

LIABILITY RELEASE FORMS

White water rafting contains a certain element of risk and all participants must sign a Liability Release Form prior to rafting. People travelling under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian to be able to sign this form at the arranged pick up point.

RAFTING MINIMUM AGES

Customers for the Tully River Rafting tours must be 13 years and older to participate in the trip. Customers for our Barron River Rafting tours must be 12 years and older to participate in the trip.

DELIVERY POLICY

Once a booking is confirmed and payment received a pickup time will be instructed and the tour will begin at the specified time and place

SECURITY CAPABILITIES AND POLICY FOR TRANSMISSION OF PAYMENT CARD DETAILS

All online transactions are processed on a secure payment page (SSL Server Certificate), The Operator does not handle your credit card details, secure credit card payments are processed by a booking engine supplier. &nbsp;

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

All transactions will be processed in AUD. The Cardholder and Credit Card used in this booking must be present on the day of the tour to sign and verify the use of their card for this booking. Should the Cardholder or Credit Card not be present on the day of travel then another form of payment must be made. If this happens then the original amount will be refunded onto the credit card minus $2.00 for transaction fees. If the Credit Cardholder is not present on the tour then the tour operator reserves the right to take payment in full on the day or cancel the customer&#39;s tour and the relevant cancellation policies would apply.
