The tour is catered for smaller sized groups, so that you can access venues and experiences that large groups probably couldn&#39;t get to. It also means you get to know your (local) guides a lot better and your fellow riders.&nbsp;

The group size limit on this tour is up to 16, plus two tour guides and there is a support crew as well (who you will get to know and who are often the life of the tour!).&nbsp;

The good news is that Vietnam and Cambodia is pretty much flat, so there are no hills of note throughout this tour.&nbsp;

Whilst this tour is run in the cooler months, Vietnam and Cambodia is in a warm part of the world. The heat can be factor, so if in any doubt about cycling abilities we recommend an e-bike.&nbsp;

There is a support vehicle throughout with the option to take a break from riding at anytime.&nbsp;

Due to the varied terrain, mountain bikes are used on this tour. E-Bikes are also quality mountain bike style.&nbsp;

Standard pedals are fitted to all bikes but clip in pedals can be fitted on request.&nbsp;

8 Day Vietnam to Cambodia Cycling Tour along the Mekong River itinerary:&nbsp; 
 
Day 1: Arrive in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh)&nbsp; 
Arrive in the energetic city of Saigon, where your transfer service awaits to take you to your accommodation. Freshen up at your hotel or if time permits, use your free time to explore the local area. This evening, you will meet your guide and fellow riders at a local restaurant.&nbsp;

Day 2: Saigon-Cu Chi Tunnels-Cai Be 
After filling up on breakfast at the hotel, your transfer drives out of the busy streets of&nbsp;Saigon&nbsp;to the site of the&nbsp;Cu Chi Tunnels &ndash;&nbsp;home to 5,000 VC troops during the Vietnam/U.S. War. Here you will get an insight into life as a tunnel-dwelling resistance fighter. Up next, your&nbsp;cycling journey begins&nbsp;on a sealed road leading to Trang Bang, from there you travel cross-country towards Hau Nghia and Duc Hoa. Tonight a transfer takes the group across to the island homestay of&nbsp;Cai Be&nbsp;where you will be welcomed for the evening.&nbsp; &nbsp;

Day 3: Cai Be &ndash; Can Tho 
Enjoy&nbsp;a leisurely cycle&nbsp;from the homestay to visit a local&nbsp;rice paper factory,&nbsp;candy workshop&nbsp;and&nbsp;orchards. The ride then takes you through the quieter countryside, pedalling past rice paddies, coconut trees and orchards. Stop for lunch at a friendly local restaurant. Today&#39;s adventure ends at&nbsp;Binh Minh&nbsp;where you board the support vehicle and transfer to&nbsp;Can Tho. Overnight in&nbsp;Can Tho.&nbsp;

Day 4: Can Tho-Ha Tien&nbsp; 
Rise early to say good morning to the Mekong as you board a&nbsp;local boat&nbsp;and explore the colourful&nbsp;Cai Rang floating market. This memorable and action-packed experience makes for so many excellent photo opportunities. Relax and enjoy the cruise back to the hotel where we will freshen up before taking off for today&#39;s ride. After lunch, the journey continues down narrow lanes to reach the hidden backwaters of the delta where you will arrive at the laid-back fishing village of Rach Gia, which faces the Gulf of Thailand. The scenic ride finishes here where you are transferred to the nearby&nbsp;Ha Tien&nbsp;for the night.&nbsp;

Day 5: Ha Thien-Kep&nbsp; 
Enjoy the last day riding through the Vietnamese countryside as you take an easy pedal to the&nbsp;Cambodian border crossing. Once the group walks through the immigration point, a new bike will be ready to continue the rest of the trip. Tonight&rsquo;s destination is the tranquil seaside town of&nbsp;Kep.&nbsp;

Day 6: Kep-Sihanoukville 
After breakfast, we have a full day in the saddle. Today&rsquo;s ride takes us along fla tarmac roads that pass through many rural areas with occasional glimpses of the Gulf of Thailand. Cycle through&nbsp;Kampot&nbsp;and view the&nbsp;Damrei Mountains. This is a provincial capital with well-preserved French colonial buildings. Continue to Cambodia&rsquo;s buzzing beach-side town,&nbsp;Sihanoukville, where we spend the night.&nbsp;

Day 7: Sihanoukville-Phnom Penh&nbsp; 
Spend the morning at leisure on the beach before transferring from Sihanoukville by road to Cambodia&rsquo;s capital, Phnom Penh. In the afternoon, we visit the&nbsp;Tuol Sleng Museum&nbsp;and the infamous Killing Fields. We enjoy our first night in fascinating Phnom Penh with a&nbsp;private cooking class&nbsp;where we learn the secrets of preparing Asian cuisine, and dine on our creations.&nbsp;

Day 8: Phnom Penh-Depart&nbsp;
